To provide the service: compute charts, deliver readings, run consultations, process payments, secure your account, and meet legal obligations. We process your birth and account data on the basis of your consent (captured at signup) and to perform our contract with you.
Your chart is calculated from the birth details you enter; we do not need to retain rendered charts to operate the service. Your underlying birth details are retained only as described below.
We share data only with: the astrologer you choose to consult (limited to what the consultation needs); our payment processors; our infrastructure and SMS providers; and the grounded-AI layer, which receives only the computed facts needed to answer your question.
